1.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We offer free samples for testing. Please send us the size and thickness you need. After details are confirmed, we will send samples as early as possible.
2. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. And your information is also important. Price up to your quantity. If you offer your target quantity and price, things will work more effectively.
3. How long is the production time of the goods?
Our warehouse has sufficient regular sizes stocking, ready for delivery. And we have a lot of raw materials storage, customer specifications can be arranged in a timely manner production, and delivery can be made within 10-15 days.
4.What about the MOQ?
For regular thickness and width, we can provide any quantity you need. If customized product, we can negotiate the MOQ.
5.Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are free, but buyers need to pay for the freight. Please feel free to contact us if necessary.
6.What about the warranty?
We have professionl quality control department who will 100% check items before shipment, and we ensure all products sent out are in good condition. If unfortunately, there are broken ones, please tell us and show us the detailed proof so we can check it and supply certain replacement.
