Gold Contract

Gold Contract insurance for XXXX and XXXX provides the following coverage:

  1. The Gold Contract is a type of insurance. It covers the following: All consumables required for operation per year , the so-called consumables.
  2. All spare parts that are required per year due to defects when using the device as intended. Excluded is willful damage and improper use.
  3. All assignments that are necessary under 2. incl. travel expenses, labour, visa costs, etc.
  4. One visit for preventive maintenance per year.
  5. Phone support during normal business hours (9-17).
